Founded by Rachel Boyle, Nurturing Neurodivergence is the peer to peer mentoring platform that supports neurodivergent individuals through specialist advice and uniquely tailored mentoring from like-minded professionals who have a shared experience in the workplace. With a specific focus on the Legal Industry, NN aims to connect more neurodivergent persons in Law with a hope to create empowerment and acknowledgement in this sector, and to create an environment where a wider group of people can thrive, achieve and succeed.
